Leading Global Insurance firm is currently running several major Transformation Programmes that affect the entire organisation. They currently require an experienced Process Analyst/Manager with experience dealing in complex, challenging Operational Change environments.
The successful candidate will have expertise in Process Improvement coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at a very senior level.
Requirements:
• Experienced in Process Improvement/Re-engineering as part of an Operational Change team
• Experience working within the Financial Services industry, ideally insurance
• Knowledge of the impact of large scale organisational change on individual business processes
• Knowledge of one or more process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen etc).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and competency when operating at a very senior level
