Business Service Delivery Manager

ROLE TITLE: MIS & Business Service Delivery Manager

Purpose
To manage the production of MIS reports, analyse the reports to drive senior & account manager problem solving and ensure problems are correctly solved with the appropriate use of escalation.

Main Areas of Accountability

Manage the operational schedule of MIS reports
Control MIS change requests
Review MIS reports on Track & Trace, OTIS, Business Objects to extract problems for identification
Lead problem resolution in a directive yet collaborative manner
Produce action summaries for Account managers and the Executive
Control problem logs and drive closure
Manage escalations
Manage the Change Request process for MIS reports
Implement roadmaps of actions to improve data quality
Identify system controls to improve the overall business service in conjunction with the Head of Operational Development and other Operational experts


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Excellent organisational skills
Proactive communicator – through chairing conference calls to facilitating problem solving workshops
ITIL or similar disciplines
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Demonstrable experience of problem management, service management
xperience in a data rich systems environment
