Programme Director
ROLE TITLE: Programme Director
Programme Director’s will have responsibility for delivery excellence, managing key stakeholder relationships, managing revenue and margin, developing business opportunities and providing programme delivery guidance and leadership within allocated accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and implementing change in client processes from internal to external provision in an innovative way.
The key requirement will be based around business transformation, change management, and benefit realisation, within the transformation umbrella the lines of business will include ERP integration, ERP support and evolution and Business Consulting (Process Improvement, Shared Services, leadership and training, Org design, Strategy)
Core competencies will include relationship building at CEO level, deliver senior presentations, project assurance and risk management, excellent understanding of ERP Project Life cycles and an effective 3rd party relationship management history.
Successful programme directors will have demonstrable influencing skills in Tier 1 clients with proven delivery capability. Strong Content knowledge in Programme Management will be a given with a solid consulting background.
